About the project
Eiffage called on our agency to strengthen data management on construction sites, with clear objectives: optimize construction sites, improve the pace of work and increase the profitability of projects.
However, the initial problem was not clearly defined. The initial request was quite broad: although Eiffage identified certain frustrations and isolated problems, it was difficult to extract a problem or to precisely define the scope of intervention.
Our first step was therefore to clarify their needs in order to define a specific problem and launch the project: How to collect, process and use the provisional and real data of a construction site in order to prevent risks, optimize resources and reuse them for future projects?
