We have grown over the years to offer ever more innovative solutions. Today, 40/60, it is a team of more than +20 talents spread between Paris and Nantes that is delighted to create innovative user experiences
Founded in 2016 by three friends driven by a common passion for design, our agency has taken root in the industry, forging its beginnings in contact with industrial projects and clients. With a broad and inclusive vision of design, we have always adopted a holistic approach, embracing the full range of methodologies to support our clients comprehensively. Initially focused on a strategic approach and service design, we quickly expanded our expertise to become recognized experts in product design and since 2021 in development.
Our first offices, within Schoolab, were the melting pot where we met and got to know the thriving startup ecosystem, a founding experience that shaped our state of mind within the agency. This immersion has not only allowed us to instill dynamism based on speed, constant iterations and controlled risk taking, but also to share this state of mind with our corporate clients, inviting them to explore new approaches and to integrate these innovative practices into their strategies.
The current year
In 2024, our agency marked a decisive turning point by specializing more in business B2B services and customer experience (CX). We transform challenges into opportunities for conversion, retention and upselling through intuitive and effective interfaces. Combining the agility of a digital startup with the in-depth expertise required by SMEs and major accounts, our team is committed to excellence. Whether for websites, B2B/B2C marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications, we guarantee an impacting digital presence in line with the strategies of large companies.

Towards a premium agency
In 2023, our agency recorded excellent performances. Our team has grown with senior profiles, and the collaboration between our various offices is exceptional. Thanks to our well-established 360 expertise, we support our customers at all levels, from strategy to development.
We are evolving more towards a premium agency position, taking advantage of our past experiences.
Our offers are segmented to better meet the needs of our two types of customers.
- On the one hand, a “Full Digital Product” approach dedicated to supporting start-ups throughout their fundraising cycle.
- On the other hand, an approach focused on product and innovation for our key account customers.
We tested and refined Tisserin Immobilier's innovative apartment offer with a targeted panel, ensuring alignment with the expectations of future residents.
Opening in Nantes
Our adventure in the 18th arrondissement was short lived because our growth knows no limits! We moved to La Villette, to Cargo, where we established our quarters, and that is where we are still today.
During the summer, an important step: the birth of our first office outside Paris. 40/60 Nantes was created, with Enzo Zouaoui and Clément Canivenc at the helm!
We have reached the 20-person mark, an undeniable sign of our continuous expansion and our commitment to new horizons...
A fresh start
In 2021, we are inaugurating our very first premises, entirely our own, nestled in the 18th arrondissement!
Faced with the challenges imposed by the pandemic, we have temporarily put aside our training offerings to focus fully on our design and strategy expertise.
After a year of intensive testing of development skills, we are continuing to expand by welcoming three new developers to our teams.

In the year of COVID-19, we all became pixels. But that didn't last long...
In 2020, marks the end of our residency at Schoolab, and also the moment when our production doubled. We completed twice as many projects as in 2019.

In Saint-Lazare
In 2019, our team will double to reach 12 passionate members! Our move to St Lazare marks a new era for us. We want a more professional structure to support our growth. During this period, our services are taking shape and we are positioning ourselves around two distinct offers:

The three of us, Quentin, Valentin and Camille, we put our bags down at the Schoolab, in the heart of the Trail!
This time, it's decided, we are fully committed to attracting startups as well as large groups!
The beginning
In 2016, 40/60 studio was born, driven by the ambition to merge design strategy and design. Together, our first flagship customer is Derichebourg, entrusting us with a large-scale project: from design service to UX/UI design, including IoT, a complete and exciting collaboration.
