The problems addressed

In a competitive legal sector in full digitalization, the creation of a platform allowing the global management of legal affairs can potentially present problems and challenges.

01
Legal understanding

Uninformed users may have difficulty understanding the legal information received. The platform should consider ways to simplify legal communication.

02
Complexity of such a platform

Legal issues can be complicated, and unsophisticated users may feel overwhelmed by a complex interface. It is important to design a user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation to make the process as easy as possible.

03
Complex appointment management

To avoid delays or scheduling conflicts, the platform must offer effective appointment management taking into account the requirements of all stakeholders (cancellation, rescheduling, reminder, etc.)

04
Compliance with regulations

It is important that the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fairness and information processing.

05
Quality of services

Ensuring the quality of the professionals referenced on the platform is crucial to ensure that users receive high-quality legal services.

06
Fraud and abuse

There is a risk of fraud and abuse, including fake users or fake professionals. Security and verification measures should be put in place to minimize these risks.

07
Document management

The platform should provide efficient ways to download, store, and organize legal documents in order to facilitate collaboration between users and professionals.

08
MVP scalability

The platform must be designed to evolve over time according to user needs and legal developments. The UX/UI should be flexible to allow new features to be added without compromising the existing user experience.

The challenges of the project

When creating an MVP platform for this type of service, it is essential to focus on simplicity, clear communication, data management, and user feedback to ensure a positive user experience and drive platform adoption.

01
Simplicity and ease of use

The aim is to minimize the number of clicks required to complete a task and to guide the user intuitively through the process.

02
Clear and understandable communication

The objective is to facilitate communication between individuals and professionals through a simple and instinctive interface.

03
Data and document management

Easily download, store, organize, and access their legal documents. The UI must provide user-friendly document management functionalities (classification, search...)

04
User feedback and iterations

Regularly gather user feedback on the user experience and use this information to continuously improve the UI and platform features.

The solutions provided

A range of technical and experimental solutions aimed at making Allaw a user-friendly platform that democratizes access to the legal sector.

01
Facilitated routes

Identification of the needs and obstacles to the use of such a platform, allowing us to design guided UX paths that simplify the experience, with an emphasis on the essential needs of customers and professionals.

02
An easy to use Saas solution

Prioritization of information to create intuitive navigation, reinforced by a powerful search engine to ensure relevant results.

03
A user-friendly and modern interface

A modern user interface (UI) that is specifically aimed at the new generation, Allaw's main target, while taking into account inclusion principles such as color palette, font size, and other visual aspects.

04
A step-by-step definition of needs thanks to artificial intelligence

Implementation of two search modes: a search based on artificial intelligence and a classic search with in-depth filtering, while maintaining a fluid and not overloaded interface.

Project methodology

The Allaw project was executed using a methodology based on a design sprint, which made it possible to methodically divide the various key stages into well-defined segments. This structured approach promoted effective project management while emphasizing the achievement of specific objectives at each stage.

01
Competitive audit

Analysis and testing of the principles established by direct and indirect competition.

02
UX research

Identification, analysis and definition of the various problems to be solved within the interfaces, courses.

03
UX Design

Creation of the first screens in shades of gray in order to begin the design of the models.

04
UI Design

Application of the graphic layer on the interfaces on the wireframes previously created.

The skills of the teams

A team composed of a project manager, a lead designer and two full-time designers.

User research

2 weeks of User Research, in order to observe and understand the needs of individuals and professionals in the legal world.

UX UI design

UX-UI design of the application and all the paths.

Our technical stack for this project

Yure Pay is part of a larger project on which we support Yure. The other Yure ID application led us to create an ecosystem of products allowing us to have a powerful and reliable MVP. The implementation of an SSO, a specific API, a database compliant with cybersecurity and a hybrid application was based on a common core.
